Production time
Standard production time on most items is 7-10 business days. Rush service is available for a premium where inventory and scheduling permits.
Showroom Hours
The sales office is available for appointments M - F. Arrangements can also be made for a sales call to your office or business.

Terms of Sale - all custom decorated items.
• 50% deposit, balance due on delivery.
This option good for local orders, but will incur COD freight charges when shipped.
• Prepay in full
This option good for orders that will be shipped - avoids COD freight charges.
• NET 30 terms - purchase order.
Available to business clients after a credit approval and a minimum of three orders with good history.

Shipping • Delivery:
Shipping: FedEx Ground for most items.
Next day and two day air are also available, but be advised that a box of T-shirts (72 units) or Polo shirts (48 units) averages up to 40 pounds and may be price prohibitive. We strive to avoid the need for air freight whenever possible.
For clients with freight accounts we can email package weight and size so you can return shipping labels via email, if preferred.
For local businesses free local delivery can be arranged. Orders can also be picked up up at the sales office.
